Prince Kojo-Hilton is a Ghanaian award winning creative arts director and a set designer who owns an arts school where he has trained alot of people in the film industry with interest regarding visual arts.
Prince is the Greater Accra Regional Chairman for visual arts association (GAVA) and has trained the likes of Bismark Nii Odoi , Gifty Mawuena Sossavi , Albert Nii Odi and Andrea Bourreau among others who are greatly impacting the movie industry in and outside the shores of Ghana respectively.
Kojo-Hilton has been to various senior high schools mentoring those that are studying visual arts and encouraging them and preparing them for the job market.
Kojo was invited as a guest on hitz fm with host Doreen for an interview and these are his concerns being quoted below.
It is so sad that people think Art is for those who are not intelligent, or academically good, but they are very wrong, because I believe Artists are highly intelligent, and needs intense brain work in order to come out with a piece.
I urge young Artists to stay focused and be determined in whatever they do, and not to allow anybody to distract them. Once they believe in themselves, they should be successful in life.
